 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 300  (UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE:ART                 
 8(SECURITIES)) before the committee, and hearing no discussion, he            
 asked for the pleasure of the committee.                                      
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent SB 300 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
